Partner With Us, Diversify and Win
With over 20+ years of experience in manufactured housing, the principles of State Street Capital are based upon the simple mantra "Treat others the way you would like to be treated". It may seem obvious, but there are other capital firms that just don't go the distance to ensure the continued success of a mobile home community post-acquisition.
We Don't Believe In 'One-size-fits-all" Plans.
Our investment experience has shown us that no two communities are the same. Together we can leverage your knowledge of micro-level details with our macro-level practices to bring your community to the next level.
